As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking dynamic Category Specialists to join our team and drive business acceleration across key product segments.

The Opportunity:

We are hiring for four (4) specialized roles to manage and grow our core categories:

Category Specialist - Stationery
Category Specialist - Household Goods
Category Specialist - Personal Care
Category Specialist - FMCG (Non-Food)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for your assigned category.
Manage and grow existing business within a dedicated portfolio of over 200 sales channels.
Identify and onboard new potential channels (retailers, wholesalers) to expand market reach.
Build strong, lasting relationships with channel partners and key clients.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
Ensure optimal product visibility, availability, and promotion at the point of sale.
Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports to management.
Collaborate with the supply chain and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Mandatory: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE market, specifically within the Stationery, Household, Personal Care, or FMCG (Non-Food) distribution sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
Candidates currently in the UAE and available for an interview will be prioritized.
