The Role – Chef:

We are seeking skilled and creative Chefs with a passion for Russian and European cuisine. You will be instrumental in developing our menu, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Russian dishes (e.g., pelmeni, blini, borscht, stroganoff) and café menu items with precision and consistency.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and costing.
Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP).
Manage food inventory, ordering, and minimize waste.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Commis in a restaurant, preferably with knowledge of Russian/European cuisine.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent training is a plus.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a team.
Creative flair and a passion for food presentation.
Available to join immediately in Al Ain.
