Are you a seasoned professional in structural steel fabrication with a passion for leading large teams and delivering high-quality results on time?

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee operations in a CNC-enabled steel fabrication facility. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage 300+ workers, optimize production workflows, and ensure projects meet international standards.

🔩 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily workshop operations with a focus on quality, safety & efficiency
Plan and allocate manpower effectively for timely, cost-efficient production
Control material & manpower costs while maintaining high productivity
Oversee CNC machinery operations: beam cutting, drilling, shot blasting, painting, etc.
Ensure compliance with international welding, fit-up, and painting standards
Coordinate between fabrication, pre-fab, installation & subcontractors
Collaborate with QA/QC, Engineering, Planning & Procurement teams
Deliver progress updates and ensure all project milestones are met

✅ What You Bring:

10–15 years of experience in structural steel fabrication
Minimum 8 years in a managerial role
Strong background in CNC-based production environments
Leadership skills with hands-on technical expertise
Excellent coordination and communication skills
A results-driven, safety-focused mindset
