Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coffee & Juice Maker (Barista/Juicer/Cashier): Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, fresh juices, and beverages; handle orders and cash transactions; maintain cleanliness and provide excellent guest service.

- Receptionist: Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations and payments, assist with guest inquiries, and maintain smooth front desk operations.

- Front Office Supervisor: Supervise front office staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Team-oriented, proactive, and professional.

- Knowledge of POS or hotel management systems is a plus.
