CCECC is a leading international construction contractor with a significant portfolio of major infrastructure projects in the UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Manager specializing in Utility Infrastructure to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

As the Construction Manager (Utility), you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all utility construction works. Your key duties will include:

Project Leadership: Lead, manage, and oversee all on-site utility construction activities, including water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, and electrical networks.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants, clients, and local authorities (e.g., RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat, DU) for all utility-related matters, including approvals, NOCs, and inspections.
Technical Review & Approval: Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and utility layout designs to ensure full compliance with project specifications and authority regulations.
Site Management: Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance. Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical and logistical issues in the field to ensure alignment between design intent and construction execution.
Quality & Commissioning: Collaborate with the Planning and QA/QC teams to facilitate inspection requests, testing, and the successful commissioning of all utility systems.

🎯 Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with a specific focus on utility infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Proven track record of managing large-scale utility diversion and installation projects.
In-depth knowledge and established relationships with Dubai's key authorities (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.) and their procedures.
Strong expertise in reading and interpreting utility drawings, specifications, and authority guidelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.
