Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading end-to-end data science projects, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
Utilizing Databricks for large-scale data processing, analytics, and collaborative development.
Accelerating model development and deployment using DataRobot's automated machine learning (AutoML) capabilities.
Implementing MLOps best practices to ensure robust model monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Applying PySpark for distributed computing and managing big data analytics workflows efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Has 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably within the Telecom domain (e.g., customer churn, network optimization, fraud detection, campaign targeting).
Possesses strong proficiency in the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
Has practical experience with DataRobot or similar AutoML platforms for streamlining the ML lifecycle.
Is well-versed in MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and governance.
Has strong programming skills in Python and PySpark for big data processing.
Is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
