Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Organizer to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, social gatherings, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:
Conceptualize event themes, objectives, and logistics.
Research and book venues, vendors, caterers, entertainment, and equipment.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective services.
Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Track expenses and provide post-event financial reports.
Logistics & Operations:
Oversee event setup, registration, and breakdown.
Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise before or during events.
Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
Manage attendee registration and engagement strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
Gather post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety regulations.
Secure necessary permits and insurance coverage.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience: [X] years in event planning or coordination.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
