About the Role:

Taaeen is conducting an urgent search for a highly motivated and dynamic UAE National to join one of our leading clients in Abu Dhabi as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a critical and high-visibility role, offering the unique opportunity to work at the very heart of the organization. You will be the primary point of contact for the CEO, ensuring their office operates with maximum efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the CEO, managing a complex and dynamic schedule.
Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing conflicting needs.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening communications, managing correspondence, and interacting professionally with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing presentation materials, and taking accurate minutes when required.
Travel Management: Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and visas for the CEO, ensuring a seamless experience.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and confidential documents with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, providing research, coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

Essential: UAE National with a Family Book.
Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
Experience: Proven previous experience supporting C-level or senior leadership executives. Experience within the events, hospitality, or fast-paced corporate sector is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Skills:
Exceptional Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic).
Superb Organization: Expert-level ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex logistics.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional Discretion: A proven track record of handling confidential information with diplomacy.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and act with minimal direction.
