We are seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer to join a reputed Engineering & Technical Services company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with QHSE standards, mentor junior staff, and support sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Compliance & Safety

Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with QHSE standards.
Assist the QHSE team in hazard identification and risk assessment before site mobilization.
Maintain, initiate, and assist in calibration of testing instruments as per industry norms.

✅ Team Mentorship & Training

Mentor junior engineers and technicians in technical skills and best practices.
Conduct internal technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team.

✅ Sales & Business Development Support

Provide technical inputs for quotations, tenders, and client queries related to electrical testing and condition monitoring services.
Participate in technical discussions, client meetings, and site visits to assess scope and define solutions.
Independently identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Prepare technical presentations and support marketing initiatives showcasing the company’s capabilities and value-added services.
Contribute to expanding the service portfolio by identifying market trends, customer needs, and areas for innovation.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Experience: Proven experience in electrical testing, calibration, and condition monitoring services.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance
Leadership and team mentorship capabilities
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Business development acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities
