📌 Position: Flight Dispatch Operations Support

🌍 Location: Fully Remote

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on operational needs)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate with pilots, airports, and hotels globally for bookings, accommodations, and transportation.

✔️ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to manage operational requests and resolve issues.

✔️ Draft clear, concise, and professional emails to stakeholders.

✔️ Support flight dispatch teams with scheduling, documentation, and operational updates.

✔️ Monitor flight schedules and communicate changes or delays promptly.

✔️ Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and operational activities.

✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

✔️ Meet deadlines and uphold operational efficiency at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in flight dispatch, aviation operations, or a related field.

✅ Strong verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).

✅ Proficiency in email platforms, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

✅ Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
