About the Opportunity

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious recent MBA graduates to join our team as Management Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to launch their careers, receiving hands-on experience and mentorship across key business functions. Successful candidates will undergo a structured training program before being placed in a dedicated role within one of our core departments: Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Based on final department placement, responsibilities will include:

For All Roles:

Learn and understand company policies, processes, and culture.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring departmental projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for management review.
Coordinate effectively between different teams and stakeholders.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Administration:

Assist in managing office operations, including vendor coordination, record maintenance, and facility management.
Support HR and administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Help in implementing and improving administrative systems for greater efficiency.

Sales:

Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
Learn and use CRM software to track sales pipelines and customer interactions.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Participate in market research to identify new business opportunities.

Marketing:

Contribute to the creation of digital and traditional marketing content (social media, email campaigns, brochures).
Assist in managing the company’s social media presence and website updates.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and analysis of their performance metrics.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights.

Coordinator (Project/Operations):

Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and clients.
Help track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes/action items.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow to keep projects on track.

Eligibility & Skills Required

Education: MBA degree from a recognized university (completed in 2023 or 2024).
Languages: Mandatory fluency in Malayalam and English. This includes exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages for professional interaction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of CRM, marketing tools, or project management software is a plus.
