JOB DESCRIPTION – HEAVY EQUIPMENT PAINTER (UAE 🇦🇪)

Position: Heavy Equipment Spray Painter

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Spray Painters to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in spray painting heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial vehicles. Candidates must attend a practical test/session before final selection.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare heavy equipment surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, rust removal, primer application)

✅ Perform spray painting on heavy machinery, construction equipment, industrial vehicles, and metal components

✅ Mix paints, hardeners, and coatings according to specifications

✅ Apply primer, base coat, and finishing coat using spray guns and painting equipment

✅ Conduct touch-up painting and finishing work to maintain high-quality standards

✅ Inspect painted surfaces for defects and ensure a smooth, professional finish

✅ Maintain spray painting tools, compressors, and equipment properly

✅ Follow safety procedures, including PPE usage and paint handling standards

✅ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

✔ 2–3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Spray Painter

✔ Experience in spray painting construction equipment / heavy machinery / industrial vehicles

✔ Knowledge of paint mixing, spray techniques, surface preparation, and finishing standards

✔ Must attend the practical test before the final selection

✔ Physically fit and able to work in workshop/site environments
