Mandatory Experience & Qualifications :

✅ Graduate in any discipline

✅ Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE

✅ Prior experience in construction projects is mandatory

✅ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

✅ Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws, local regulations, and Wages Protection System (WPS) etc.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and maintain administrative records related to construction projects

✅ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS requirements, and company policies

✅ Coordinate staff and labor transportation from accommodation camps to project sites

✅ Oversee labor accommodation, ensuring compliance with local standards and welfare requirements

✅ Monitor and support labor welfare, including working conditions and basic facilities

✅ Coordinate with site teams, HR, and management for smooth workforce operations

✅ Assist with documentation, reports, and approvals related to manpower and site administration
