📋 Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR & Admin Generalist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee coordination, and general office support, with a good understanding of UAE labour requirements and HR practices.

👥 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including vacancy coordination, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate candidate documentation, induction, and mobilization processes.
Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring activities.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee requests.
Coordinate employee accommodation and related requirements.
Assist with supplier coordination and general office administration.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, circulars, and company announcements.

Compliance & Employee Relations

Support compliance with UAE labour requirements and company HR policies.
Assist with workplace health and safety initiatives.
Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in addressing employee concerns and maintaining effective communication between employees and management.

HR Reporting & Development

Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and workforce-related reports.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
Assist with organizational-development projects and other HR initiatives.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

📌 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, and administration.
Good knowledge of UAE labour practices and HR procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Candidates with UAE experience will be preferred.
