We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to support and strengthen our growing HR operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management within the UAE. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage HR processes, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate and process visa applications, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals, and other government-related documentation.
Handle employee requests such as salary certificates, employment letters, and experience certificates.
Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance records, leave balances, and employee data.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and HR system updates.
Assist in implementing performance management processes, including performance reviews and appraisals.
Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and HR documentation for management review.
Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee queries and provide HR guidance when required.
Assist management with HR planning, policy updates, and operational improvements.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures

✔ Experience managing HR operations for 50+ employees

✔ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
