Job Title: Client Coordinator

Salary: CNY 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Client Coordinator to support our international clients in sourcing products from manufacturers and distributors across Foshan. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of local markets, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and accompany clients throughout Foshan for the selection and sourcing of products such as furniture, home décor, home electronics, and other customized product requirements.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local markets, sourcing hubs, manufacturers, and distributors relevant to client needs.
Coordinate client visits, product showings, and procurement activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Serve as a liaison between clients and local suppliers, ensuring clear communication and accurate translation (English and Chinese).
Support and eventually manage export processes, including documentation, logistics, and coordination of local and overseas shipments.
Handle booking, tracking, and delivery procedures for domestic and international shipments.
Develop contracts, negotiate terms with suppliers and service providers, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide after-sales support and help ensure client satisfaction from initial inquiry through to delivery.
Maintain and update records of client visits, vendor information, and procurement details.

Requirements:

Valid Chinese Driving License is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales, client service, or related roles.
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Solid understanding of or willingness to learn about export procedures, documentation, and logistics.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and service providers.
Must be proactive, organized, and client-focused with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to travel locally within Foshan and surrounding areas as required.
Familiarity with product categories like furniture, home décor, electronics, etc., is a plus.
