The Big Task

You will ensure high-quality finishing work and customer satisfaction by performing various carpentry tasks and repairs in our customers' homes.

Key Sub Tasks

Perform drywall and paint matching to seamlessly integrate repairs
Install closet casings and attic stairs with precision
Conduct repair work as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions
Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Communicate effectively with dispatch and your manager
All other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a finish carpenter
Proficiency in drywall and paint matching
Ability to install casings and attic stairs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
