Cinq Technical Services L.L.C is seeking a responsible, experienced, and safety-focused Light Bus Driver to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting employees or passengers safely and efficiently using a Force Urbania light bus, while strictly following the traffic rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE Driving License – Category 5 (Light Bus) and have prior experience driving passenger vehicles within Dubai. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent time management skills, and strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic conditions.

The driver will play an important role in ensuring safe transportation, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and delivering a high level of service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate the Force Urbania light bus to transport company staff or passengers to designated locations across Dubai.
Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety standards, and company transportation policies at all times.
Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during travel.
Plan routes efficiently and maintain awareness of traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel levels, engine condition, tires, brakes, lights, and cleanliness.
Immediately report any mechanical issues, accidents, or damage to the supervisor or maintenance department.
Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained inside and outside.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance if required.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely when needed.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior while representing the company.

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License – Category 5 (Light Bus) is mandatory.
Proven experience driving light buses or passenger vans in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Good driving record with a strong focus on safety and responsibility.
Ability to follow schedules and work with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts if required.
Professional attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
