LV Supervisor (Low Voltage Systems)

Job Summary:

The LV Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all low-voltage systems across client facilities. This includes structured cabling, data networks, access control, public address, and other related systems. The supervisor will lead a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client specification.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of LV technicians and subcontractors.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all low-voltage systems.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with relevant Saudi Arabian codes, standards (like SASO), and company SOPs.
Diagnose complex system faults and provide effective technical solutions.
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts for the LV division.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and work completion certificates.
Liaise with clients, facility managers, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training for team members.
Enforce strict compliance with all company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in low-voltage systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure (CAT6/6A, fiber optics), access control systems, and PA systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, PMP) are a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
