We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Assistant for a client in Dubai. This role is a critical link between the warehouse, accounts, and sales teams, focusing on data integrity and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Tracking: Maintain precise records and data entry in ZOHO.

Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical audits to resolve discrepancies.

Order Support: Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse for goods allocation.

Reporting: Identify leftover stock and provide reports to the Sales Team.

Collaboration: Partner with Accounting and Purchase teams on stock availability.

Requirements:

Location: Must be currently in the UAE (Overseas candidates will not be considered).

Software: Proficiency in ZOHO and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent written email communication.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Logistics/Business degree preferred).
