🩺 Role Overview

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, DHA/MOH regulations, and international clinical standards. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist physicians during outpatient consultations and procedures.
Prepare patients for diagnostic and minor gastro procedures.
Monitor patients before and after procedures.
Provide patient education regarding treatment and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate outpatient records and documentation.

📋 General Responsibilities (All Roles)

Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital clinical standards.
Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH licensing and healthcare regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and patient dignity at all times.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Support multidisciplinary teamwork within the hospital.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (mandatory).
Valid DHA/MOH License or Eligibility (as applicable).
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Experience in respective department (Ward / ER / OPD Gastro preferred).
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work shifts as required.
