About the Role:

Our client, a leading organization in Jeddah, is seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Programmer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, enhancement, and support of the Oracle EBS (R12) environment. You will work closely with functional analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective technical solutions that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HRMS, Manufacturing) based on business requirements.
Develop and extend EBS functionality using Oracle Tools: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports (XML/BI Publisher), Workflow (WF), and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Create and maintain technical design documents (MD050, MD070), unit test plans, and migration documents.
Perform data migration and interfacing using SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, and custom APIs.
Develop and support integrations between Oracle EBS and other external systems.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Conduct code reviews and adhere to best practices in coding and documentation.
Collaborate with the DBA team on patching, cloning, and performance tuning activities.
Assist functional teams with configuring and testing application setups.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
Strong proficiency in:
PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers)
Oracle Forms & Reports (10g/11g)
XML/BI Publisher for report development
Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS data model, table structures, and API interfaces for key modules.
Experience with performance tuning of SQL and PL/SQL code.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and application object library.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Workflow (WF) and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) personalizations/extensions.
Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) for EBS integrations.
Familiarity with Oracle EBS administration basics and the patching cycle.
Experience in a specific EBS module suite (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Inventory).
