A Water Park in UMQ is searching for a dynamic and experienced Park Manager to oversee our operations. This senior-level position reports directly to the General Manager and requires a robust background in water park management, with a strong emphasis on marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the park, ensuring smooth functioning.

- Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue and enhance visitor engagement.

- Uphold the highest standards of safety, customer service, and overall park experience.

- Lead and motivate staff across all departments to foster a positive work environment.

- Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.

- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enrich park offerings.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a water park or similar leisure facility.

- Proven expertise in marketing and sales, demonstrating success in increasing park attendance and revenue.

- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple departments effectively.

- Excellent financial management skills with a solid understanding of budgeting.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to the water park industry.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
