Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities on high-rise building projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and international standards.
Evaluate project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring technical and commercial feasibility.
Monitor construction processes and ensure the quality of materials, workmanship, and methods.
Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to identify and resolve any issues related to quality.
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements based on findings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain detailed documentation of QA/QC processes, tests, and reports.
Manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure that projects stay within budget by evaluating technical and commercial aspects regularly.
Provide leadership in resolving technical and quality-related challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically working on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in managing QA/QC processes and teams.
Excellent technical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
