Position: Receptionist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Eligibility: This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Schedule: 6 working days per week

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and dynamic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Riyadh office. This role is crucial in creating a positive and lasting impression on our clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with direct experience in the fast-paced consumer electronics retail sector, combining administrative excellence with a solid understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
Communication Hub: Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and general inquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring excellent customer service.
Administrative Support: Perform essential administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and handling mail and courier services.
Customer Service: Leverage your retail electronics experience to answer basic product-related questions and provide informed support to walk-in customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and a cohesive office environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Eligibility: Must be a Saudi National.
Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a customer-facing role within a consumer electronics retail environment (e.g., selling mobile phones, laptops, gadgets).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer electronics products and trends.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Professional demeanor and immaculate personal presentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
