Shift: Morning Shift Only

Location: Burj Khalifa, Dubai

Salary: AED 12,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our prestigious office located in the Burj Khalifa. This is a morning-shift position, ideal for a candidate who excels in a fast-paced, corporate environment and is dedicated to creating an outstanding first impression. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management:

Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals promptly and accurately.
Issue visitor badges and manage access control procedures as required.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and reflects the company's high standards at all times.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Handle general correspondence and distribute it to the correct departments or individuals.

Administrative & Clerical Support:

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Coordinate with courier services (DHL, FedEx, etc.) for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain and update office records, both digital and physical.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and data entry as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with impeccable personal presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
A customer-oriented and positive attitude, even under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Administration is a bonus.
