🏨 Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join a hotel in Malta. The successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming environment for hotel guests.

🧹 Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, and sinks.
Strip used linens and make beds with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Replenish towels, bath amenities, coffee stations, and other guest supplies.
Check rooms for cleanliness and ensure all items are properly arranged.
Report broken fixtures, damaged furniture, maintenance issues, or safety hazards.
Respond politely to guest requests for additional items such as pillows and towels.
Greet guests warmly and maintain professional communication.
Follow hotel cleaning procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper storage and disposal procedures.
Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping position.
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Excellent time-management skills.
Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and lift/move items when required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions, hotel procedures, and safety standards.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

📌 Mandatory Candidate Requirement

Candidates must hold a valid Pre-Departure Course Certificate.
