SALES & SERVICE ADVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Service

Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, understanding their vehicle concerns and service needs.
Conduct thorough vehicle service consultations by listening actively and asking relevant questions to identify the required repairs or maintenance.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, providing timely updates on vehicle status and explaining technical details in clear, customer-friendly language.

Sales & Upselling

Promote additional services and products such as routine maintenance packages, extended warranties, parts replacements, and vehicle accessories based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Identify upselling opportunities by leveraging technical knowledge of vehicle systems and service schedules to maximize workshop revenue without compromising customer trust.
Process service orders, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure customer approval before work commencement.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and build long-term relationships.
Maintain customer records and service history to personalize future interactions and provide targeted service recommendations.

Technical Knowledge & Compliance

Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, service techniques, and manufacturer guidelines to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with technicians to clarify service requirements and verify that completed work meets customer expectations and workshop standards.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and local automotive industry laws and standards at all times.
