Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Location: UAE

Experience: 4-6 years in Freight Forwarding Sales / Business Development (UAE experience mandatory)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing new clients and expanding business opportunities within the UAE freight and logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present competitive quotations and negotiate contracts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Requirements:

4-6 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding sales/business development is a must.
Valid UAE driving license (own car is a plus).
Currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately/short notice.
Strong network and understanding of the UAE logistics market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
