Position: School Bus Driver

Location: United Arab Emirates

Contract: Full-Time, Immediate Deployment

Nationality Preference: Experienced drivers from Asia and Africa currently residing outside the UAE, who are eligible for a work permit.

About the Opportunity

We are conducting a fast-track recruitment drive for reliable and experienced School Bus Drivers to join our team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school and on designated trips, adhering to strict schedules.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in excellent mechanical and safety condition.
Maintain order and discipline among students on the bus, enforcing safety rules and procedures.
Ensure all students are safely seated and that seatbelts are used (where applicable).
Maintain accurate logs of travel, mileage, and student attendance.
Report any accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or delays immediately to the dispatcher/supervisor.
Maintain a clean and sanitized bus interior.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff.
Comply with all UAE federal and emirate-specific traffic laws and regulations.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

Valid License: Must hold a valid UAE/GCC Bus Driving License. Candidates without this specific license will not be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with a proven record in school bus driving, passenger transport, or similar roles.
Clean Record: Must provide a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Visa Status: This campaign is targeted at candidates outside the UAE who require visa sponsorship. Applicants must be ready for immediate deployment.
Age: Typically between 25 and 50 years old (subject to employer's policy).
Language: Basic understanding of English is essential for understanding routes, signs, and instructions. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Character: Must be patient, responsible, safety-conscious, and have an affinity for working with children.
