Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Civil Store Keeper to manage site store operations for our construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the GCC civil construction field, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of all construction materials, tools, and equipment. Fluency in using ERP systems is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Material Receipt & Inspection: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, blocks, aggregates) against purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure correct quantity and quality .
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using the ERP system and manual stock cards. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking .
Storage & Preservation: Ensure all materials are stored safely and systematically, following proper labeling, shelving, and preservation techniques to prevent damage or deterioration .
Issuance & Documentation: Issue materials to site supervisors and workers against approved material requisition slips. Maintain proper documentation for all issues, returns, and transfers .
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, consumption reports, and reconciliation statements. Highlight any discrepancies, damages, or slow-moving items to the Project Manager .
Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement and site engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials and to forecast future requirements .
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Comply with all company HSE policies and procedures .
Audit Support: Assist in periodic physical stock audits and year-end inventory counts. Organize and maintain all delivery notes, invoices, and waybills for audit purposes .

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the Civil Construction field within the GCC [candidate requirement].
ERP Proficiency: Must be able to use ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting. Experience with specific modules for inventory or procurement is highly preferred [candidate requirement].
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of civil construction materials, tools, and construction consumables .
Software Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting .
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain is a plus .
Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English .
Availability: Candidates must be currently located in the UAE and available to attend a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview [candidate requirement].

Locally available in UAE with a transferable visa or own visa.

Familiarity with construction project workflows and site logistics.
