Westwood Interior Industries LLC is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage large-scale raw material inventory for joinery operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling high-value inventory and implementing strong inventory control systems.

🔹 Job Overview

The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing bulk raw material stock, ensuring accuracy, implementing inventory systems, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This role involves handling inventory exceeding AED 10 million on a continuous basis.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Manage and control bulk raw material inventory for joinery operations.
Handle inventory exceeding AED 10 million continuously.
Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.

Systems & Process Development

Set up inventory systems from scratch, including documentation and tracking.
Maintain accurate stock records and reporting systems.

Warehouse Operations

Oversee goods receiving, storage, and issuance.
Ensure proper material handling and storage standards.
Maintain safety compliance within the warehouse.

Coordination & Supervision

Coordinate with procurement, production, and supply chain teams.
Train and supervise store staff to ensure operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements

12+ years of Storekeeper experience.
Proven experience managing AED 10 million+ inventory.
Joinery or raw materials background (mandatory).
Strong supply chain and warehouse management knowledge.
Experience in setting up inventory systems.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Filipino candidates preferred.
