🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, routers, and system software

✔ Provide top-tier customer support via chat, email, and voice

✔ Support IP configuration, WLAN setup, and router optimization

✔ Handle technical and billing queries with a solutions-first approach

✔ Document cases and escalate when required

✔ Stay updated with new technologies and internal tools

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related

✅ 1–2 years in technical support or IT HelpDesk

✅ Strong grasp of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

✅ Experience with routers, WLAN setup & configuration

✅ Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

✅ Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays)

🚫 Note: Preference will be given to candidates with strong regional market awareness and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
