📅 Position: Teaching Assistant (TA)

📍 Location: British Orchard Nursery, Al Nahda Branch, Dubai

⏳ Status: Full-Time, Immediate Joining Required

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning materials.
Provide attentive care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort at all times.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through positive interactions and play-based learning.
Help maintain a clean, organized, vibrant, and safe classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, nap times, and toileting.
Support the implementation of the nursery’s curriculum and policies.

✅ Essential Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with young children.
A minimum of a high school diploma; a certification in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE/ CACHE/NVQ) is a significant advantage.
Prior experience in a nursery, preschool, or similar childcare setting is preferred.
Mandatory: All relevant educational and experience certificates must be attested as per UAE regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
