· Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science / Management-related majors preferred

Job Responsibilities:

· Deliver regional and local projects, monitor project progress, track the entire process, and notify relevant teams of project updates.

· Manage Business Support Department processes.

· Handle internal and external business process management systems.

· Review customer account information to ensure system data accuracy.

· Perform monthly system data analysis.

· Organize, arrange, and coordinate meetings; prepare presentation materials (PPTs).

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of administrative or business support experience; fresh graduates are also considered.

· IT or Telecommunications background preferred.

· Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, demonstrate responsibility, and pay attention to detail.

· Fluent communication in English. (Chinese language is a plus ).

· Proficient in using office software
