About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our team on an immediate basis for a 3-month contract. This role is critical in supporting a period of high-volume recruitment, requiring a hands-on professional who can manage the entire recruitment lifecycle efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, ready to hit the ground running and contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for assigned roles.
Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, databases) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate the pre-joining and initial onboarding process for selected candidates.
High-Volume Hiring: Efficiently manage a high volume of requisitions with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
Weekend Support: Be available to work on weekends when operational support is required.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 12 months of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Home country recruitment experience is acceptable and welcome.
Demonstrable experience managing high-volume hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
