📝 JOB DESCRIPTION – COOK (A / B / C)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per hotel standards

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines

• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene

• Assist in kitchen operations and coordinate with team members

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items

• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations

• Follow health & safety regulations at all times

👨‍🍳 Role Levels:

🔹 Cook A (Senior Chef Level):

• Handle advanced cooking tasks and menu preparation

• Supervise junior kitchen staff

• Ensure quality control and consistency

• Experience in international cuisine preferred

🔹 Cook B (Mid-Level Cook):

• Prepare dishes under the supervision of senior chefs

• Support daily kitchen operations

• Maintain food quality and presentation

🔹 Cook C (Assistant Cook / Helper):

• Assist in basic food preparation

• Cut, clean, and prepare ingredients

• Support the kitchen team and maintain hygiene

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred

✔ Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Team player with positive attitude

✔ Basic English communication skills
