📋 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Utilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee and maintain utility and facility systems in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate should have strong electrical/mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within the FMCG, production, packaging, manufacturing, or paper industry.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise utilities and facility maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth and reliable operation of electrical and mechanical utility systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential breakdowns.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Supervise technicians and maintenance personnel when required.

🎓 Education & Experience

Option 1 – Degree Engineer

BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a utility or facility maintenance role in the UAE.
Experience in an industrial environment is preferred.

Option 2 – Diploma Engineer

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
10–15 years of experience in a mechanical/electrical maintenance role.
Experience in FMCG, Production, Packaging, Manufacturing, or Paper Industry.

Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred:
