Are you obsessed with YouTube, addicted to trends, and always thinking in captions and hashtags? Zutsu Media is looking for a dynamic and creative YouTube & Social Media Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about building online communities and skyrocketing channel growth. Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Management: Take charge of the entire video upload process, including scheduling, publishing, and managing content across multiple channels.
Content Optimization: Craft compelling titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and hashtags that drive clicks and engagement. Conduct keyword research and implement YouTube SEO best practices.
Social Media Coordination: Create and schedule complementary posts for our other social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to promote video content and engage with our audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor channel and social media performance using analytics tools. Track KPIs like views, watch time, engagement rate, and audience growth to provide regular insights.
Trend Spotting: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest YouTube features, social media trends, and viral content to keep our channels ahead of the curve.
Community Engagement: Help foster a positive community by responding to comments and messages across platforms.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

A recent graduate or a professional with 0-2 years of experience in social media or digital content.
A genuine passion for YouTube and social media—you understand what makes content go viral.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
Basic understanding of or a strong willingness to learn YouTube SEO, analytics, and scheduling tools.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Personal experience managing a YouTube channel or a social media account (even your own!).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva) for creating simple social media assets.
Familiarity with video editing concepts.
