Key Responsibilities:

Client Representation: Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Business Development: Proactively generate new client leads through networking, referrals, open houses, and community involvement.
Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMAs) to help clients determine competitive property pricing.
Marketing & Listings: Create and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, utilizing the company's marketing support and your own initiative.
Transaction Management: Skillfully manage all aspects of the transaction process from initial offer to successful closing, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and competitors.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

A current and active Real Estate Broker license in good standing with the state.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales (experienced agents strongly preferred, but driven newcomers are encouraged to apply).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Tech-savvy and proficient with real estate CRM, MLS, and marketing tools.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
