Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Business Development: Proactively generate new client leads through networking, referrals, open houses, and community involvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMAs) to help clients determine competitive property pricing.
- Marketing & Listings: Create and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, utilizing the company's marketing support and your own initiative.
- Transaction Management: Skillfully manage all aspects of the transaction process from initial offer to successful closing, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and competitors.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- A current and active Real Estate Broker license in good standing with the state.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales (experienced agents strongly preferred, but driven newcomers are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with real estate CRM, MLS, and marketing tools.
