About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive spare parts or garage industry and will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all daily accounting transactions, including entries, invoices, and payments.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable & receivable processes.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
Handle inventory accounting related to spare parts.
Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial policies.
Utilize accounting software (Tally & QuickBooks) proficiently for all record-keeping and reporting.
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting as needed.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
Industry Experience: Must have prior experience working in a spare parts shop, automotive garage, or related automotive trade business.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Tally ERP and QuickBooks are essential.
Location & Availability: Must be currently located in Doha, Qatar and available for immediate joining.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
