The Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor with relevant experience to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. You will be responsible for editing videos for various platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit video projects from concept to final delivery, including cutting footage, syncing audio, color correction, grading, and adding motion graphics.
Create dynamic and engaging content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), websites, and promotional campaigns.
Design and animate graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and other visual elements using After Effects.
Utilize Photoshop for creating and editing visual assets, thumbnails, and static images for video integration.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Manage and organize media assets, project files, and maintain an efficient workflow.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and software updates.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio/showreel.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)
Adobe After Effects (essential for motion graphics)
Adobe Photoshop (essential)
Strong understanding of video production processes, codecs, formats, and exporting settings for various platforms.
Solid sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling.
Good knowledge of color grading and sound design principles.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (a plus):

Experience with other Adobe tools (Illustrator, Audition).
Basic knowledge of cinematography or shooting footage.
Experience with corporate, explainer, or commercial video styles.
Understanding of social media video specifications and best practices.
