Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Specialist (Urgent Hire)

About the Role:

This is a high-impact, urgent role for a passionate professional who will be the voice of our company culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost employee morale, foster a sense of community, and ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement and internal communications strategy.
Create compelling content for various internal channels (newsletters, intranet, emails, social platforms like Yammer/Teams).
Plan and manage employee events, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote our core values.
Measure and analyze engagement through surveys (e.g., eNPS) and feedback tools, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure transparent two-way communication.
Manage internal crisis communications with clarity and sensitivity.
Champion our employer brand internally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong project management and event planning skills.
Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for building positive workplace culture.
