We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing automotive business in Dubai. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in PPF (Paint Protection Film) and vehicle maintenance services, who can drive aggressive growth targets and lead marketing execution end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and execute marketing strategies focused on PPF & vehicle maintenance, consistently achieving monthly sales targets
-Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads with full monthly strategy ownership
-Manage monthly campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & Snapchat
-Optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for leads and conversions
-Design high-quality creatives and coordinate with photographers/videographers
-Align campaigns closely with sales & operations teams (mandatory)
-Lead and manage the marketing team across multiple campaigns
-Prepare and control the marketing budget
-Drive strategies to improve Google Reviews
-Present a data-driven plan to generate AED 1,000,000 in sales within the first month
Requirements:
-5+ years’ experience in the UAE automotive industry (mandatory)
-Proven experience marketing PPF and vehicle services
-Strong understanding of automotive customer behavior & pricing
-Hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
-Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
Packages Include:
-Salary: AED 10000 to 12000
