Role Overview
The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, partner with hiring managers, and lead complex hiring assignments across multiple industries within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Manage senior-level and niche hiring roles efficiently
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE job market, visa processes, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms
- Client-focused and target-driven mindset

Experience: 1–2 years (UAE recruitment experience required)
Role Overview
The Junior Recruiter will support recruitment operations by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting senior recruiters in meeting hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Support senior recruiters in closing positions on time
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
- Basic understanding of UAE job market and hiring practices
