- Work closely with the production team to ensure all manufacturing activities comply with approved quality and food safety SOPs.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and hygiene practices on the shop floor.
• Conduct regular production area audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure personal hygiene and grooming compliance of production staff at all times.
• Support production during new product trials, process changes, and scale-ups.
• Participate in production meetings to review quality issues, rejections, wastage, and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular visits to Cutie Pie Cakes retail outlets to audit food safety, hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure correct food handling, storage, temperature control, shelf-life management, and product display at outlets.
• Monitor compliance with brand hygiene SOPs and FSSAI requirements at shop level.
• Share audit findings with outlet teams and follow up on corrective actions.
