🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assembly Line Work: Assist in the manual assembly and branding of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.
- Packaging & Labeling: Support the packaging and labeling of finished products according to strict company standards.
- Material Handling: Sort, organize, and move raw materials and finished goods within the factory premises.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments as required.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area to comply with safety regulations.
- Compliance: Follow all instructions from the Production Supervisor and adhere strictly to company policies.
✅ Candidate Profile & Requirements
1. Nationality & Age
- Nationality: Indian
- Age: 21 to 45 years
2. Physical Health (Mandatory)
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
- Proper eyesight (for handling small electronic parts), hearing, and speaking ability.
- Must be able to:
- Adapt to standing work for long hours.
- Work overtime when required.
- Work night shifts.
3. Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 10th Passed (Junior High School level).
- Preferred: ITI certificate.
- Language: Must be able to understand and speak Basic English to read job operation instruction documents.
4. Experience
- No work experience is strictly required – Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- However, preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Electronic equipment manufacturing.
- Assembling plants for mobile phones, laptops, or tablets.
5. Behavioral Skills
- Adaptability: Must be comfortable with assigned tasks and able to conform to production schedules.
- Discipline: Must obey company rules and factory discipline.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team.
