Unlike entry-level labour, this B3-level role requires the ability to handle professional tasks, troubleshoot initial on-site problems, and lead a small team of 2-3 people.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations:Â Perform tasks in multiple common and professional positions on the assembly line for mobile phones, laptops, and tablets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a small team of 2-3 production workers to ensure daily targets are met.
- Workstation Scheduling:Â Arrange and organise simple workstation schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
- Troubleshooting: Handle and resolve initial on-site abnormal problems (minor technical/mechanical issues) to minimise downtime.
- Process Adherence:Â Read and understand relevant professional documents and job instructions to ensure quality output.
- Training:Â Assist in on-the-job training for new or junior production staff.
- Reporting:Â Report major issues and daily output status to the Production Supervisor.

1. Nationality & Age
- Nationality:Â Indian
- Age:Â 21 to 40 years (Flexible for experienced candidates)
2. Physical Health (Mandatory)
- Excellent physical health and agility.
- Proper eyesight (essential for detailed electronics work), hearing, and speaking ability.
- Must be able to:
- Adapt to standing work for long hours.
- Work overtime and night shifts as per production requirements.
3. Educational Qualification
- Minimum:Â 12th Passed (High School or Vocational School).
- Preferred:Â ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or professional diploma/certification in Electronics.
- Language: Must be able to understand, speak, and read English to interpret professional documents and job instructions.
4. Work Experience (Mandatory)
