We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Country Head of Operations to lead and scale our Egypt operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, optimize operational performance, and oversee all key functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial Operations, Quality, Merchandising, and Manpower Planning.
As the Country Head of Operations, you will:
-Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence and strengthen competitive positioning
-Lead multi-site manufacturing operations with responsibility for production timelines, quality standards, and vendor networks
-Optimize operational efficiency through cost analysis, process standardization, and performance management
-Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining a safe, productive, and professional work environment
-Drive operational excellence, including inventory management, logistics optimization, and supplier negotiations
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA in Operations Management
-15+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management, ideally with multi-site exposure
-Experience with large-scale manufacturing plants (5,000+ employees) and global retailer clients (e.g., Walmart, GAP, Target)
-Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management
-Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in cross-cultural environments
-Experience in building new factories, sourcing machinery, and staffing operations
